Chris grew up in Wallingford and his family goes back several generations in town. A lifelong parishioner of Holy Trinity Church, he currently resides in Yalesville (about a block away from the house he grew up in!) with his wife, Tracy, and sons Ryan (4) and Zack (2). In addition to running for Board of Education, Chris is involved with the Center Street Cemetery Association, serving on the Board of Directors since 2012 and currently as the Association’s Acting Secretary. He has been employed by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield since 1995 and currently is a Marketing Director with the company.
With his sons set to enter the Wallingford school system over the next several years, Chris wants to be part of the team that will shape the district’s vision and strategy.
What Does Chris Stand For?
Chris believes that the Board of Education, and all town agencies, must be stewards of the taxpayers’ dollars. He is committed to continuing the recent trend of BOE budgets that ask for modest, responsible increases, balancing the demands of the school system with economic reality.
